About Carolyn Jackson Before founding Carolyn Jackson Consulting, Carolyn Jackson worked as the Senior Learning & Development Consultant at NECX, an electronic component exchange company. Carolyn’s experience also includes sales training and corporate training positions in healthcare, adult education and placement services. Thus, she knows first hand what it is like to live in an organization and manage employee issues on a day-to-day basis.Carolyn has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Colorado. She obtained a Process Master certificate in Reengineering from Hammer and Company in 2001. Carolyn brings more than ten years of experience in high-quality training in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Carolyn’s presentation style, sprinkled with humor and anecdotes, creates a comfortable learning atmosphere that promotes interaction from participants.
