Process Team FacilitationCarolyn Jackson Consulting provides skilled facilitation services in the area of process reengineering. We assist you by facilitating process teams in the various stages of process redesign and implementation. We assist in designing corporate communications regarding reengineering initiatives and educating employees regarding changes in roles and responsibilities.As a process team facilitator, Carolyn specializes in assisting key process personnel to become effective communicators, helping process owners present messages that impact audiences, and showing team members how they can utilize innovation and creativity to gain competitive advantage. Carolyn obtained a Process Master certificate in Reengineering from Hammer and Company in 2001.

Off-site TrainingCarolyn Jackson Consulting has a partnership with Cedardale Health and Fitness, one of the largest multi-purpose facilities in New England. Cedardale is located in Haverhill, MA and offers an off-site training alternative to our clients. Located about 25 miles north of Boston, Cedardale provides access to experiential training programs in a setting that invites adventure, learning and relaxation. Amenities include an exciting challenge course, rock climbing wall, conference rooms, spa services, fitness equipment, pools, and large indoor and outdoor workshop space.
